Simply Yoga Classes
YOGA FLOW classes are open to all levels. Clear instruction is given for warming up the body and posture flow, with great attention to safe and proper alignment. Breathing and body awareness are emphasized and modifications of poses are offered which allow everyone to work to his or her own ability and comfort level.
GENTLE YOGA classes benefit everyone, including those who need more time to transition into poses for any reason. The class is a balance of strengthening postures and relaxing movement appropriate for beginners and beyond. Breath and movement are linked to revitalize the body and the mind.
